  • Urinary incontinence is not a disease. It is a symptom of a wide range of conditions. There are varying types of urinary incontinence:

    • Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI)

    • Overactive Bladder (Urge Incontinence)

    • Overflow Urinary Incontinence

    • Mixed Urinary Incontinence

TUI offers a variety of treatment options including both surgical and drug treatment options.

  • To Help Pass A Kidney Stone

Passing a kidney stone can be very painful. Shock wave lithotripsy is a treatment that helps by breaking the kidney stone into smaller pieces that are easier to pass. This treatment is also called extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL).

    How Does Lithotripsy Work?

Shock wave lithotripsy crushes a kidney stone that’s still inside your body. It doesn’t require any incisions. Instead, sound waves are sent through your body. When these hit the stone, it crumbles into tiny, sandlike pieces. The pieces can then pass through the urinary tract more easily.

  • A Permanent Decision

A vasectomy is a surgical procedure that makes a man sterile (unable to father a child). It is safe, simple, and effective. The no-scalpel procedure is done without incisions or stitches. Healing is often faster than with the traditional method. Before having a vasectomy, talk to your partner. Any vasectomy should be considered permanent. You must be positive that you won’t want children in the future.

  • Having Prostate Ultrasound and Biopsy

Chances are, you’ve had a test that raises a suspicion of cancer in your prostate. You’re now scheduled for a prostate ultrasound and prostate biopsy. Ultrasound uses high-frequency sound waves to create images of the prostate gland. These help guide the doctor in taking samples of tissue (biopsies) from the prostate. The samples are then checked for cancer cells.

“There is nothing quite as comforting, after an intimate evening, as you’re holding your partner in your arms, feeling her warmness and knowing that you have returned to a complete relationship. ”
